Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in original condition. Returns must include the original box and all original accessories. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees including duties that may occur once item is received in origin country. Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to determine eligibility for a refund. If the item meets the return criteria, a refund will be processed accordingly.
We do not allow exchanges, returns, or refunds for orders made during a sales promotion. Exchanges, returns, and refunds are only available for items purchased at full REGULAR price.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
